Mount Batur
is the most sacred mountain on Bali. Most often the mountain's only
sign of life is an occasional wisp of smoke that drifts across its
lava-blackened slopes. But when this 1,717-meter volcano erupts, it
glows red, bellows, and throws out rocks and showers of volcanic
debris. If you arrive in Penelokan at night, you'll awaken to an
unforgettable sight. The next morning, the mist will lift from the
shining lake and roll across the crater like a mammoth white and gray
curtain. When the weather is clear there are also spectacular views
of Mount Batur smoking cone.

Mount Batur
is the most sacred mountain on Bali. Most often the mountain's only

Sitting in the middle of an old volcanic basin inside a gigantic
caldera, smoldering Mount Batur rises 686 meters above Lake Batur.
The crescent-shaped lake takes up about one-third of the basin's total
area. Measuring 13.8 km by 11 km, this is one of the largest and
most beautiful calderas in the world. The crater's outer walls, about
30,000 years old, range from 1,267 meters to 2,153 meters above sea
level. There are actually two calderas; the floor of one lies 120-300
meters lower than the floor of the other. Plan on a full day to
explore both of them.

picture) in Lobok island and Abang Mountain (right) the close one.
Batur Caldera Sunrise Trekking
The Batur Caldera is one of the most beautiful caldera in the world.
Batur Caldera is a very beeautiful region situated are in Kintamani,
Bangli, Bali.
Batur Caldera Sunrise trekking start from 05.00am from starting point (Ulundanu Batur Songan Temple) and about 30 minutes walk to the crater rim and take walk around 30 minutes to view point. From this are we can see and enjoy the beautiful of the sea in the east side of Caldera and Mount of Rinjani in Lombok island with the amazing sunrise view. On the west side of east side Batur Caldera (view point) we can see Spectacular Mount and Lake Batur.
After finish enjoy sunrise, the trip continue to Trunyan village and will take around 3 hours from crater rim to see the incredible scenery. Walk through the jungle towards a traditional vollage that has certain uniqueness as a corpse is not buried and only place on the ground, precisely under the big tree ( Banyan tree). To visit this cemetry should be used a boat.
Mount Agung Sunrise Trekking
While hike to the peak, an others guide prepare brakfast to be enjoyed
when your arrive at the summit such as bread, banana, tea and coffee.
However, in the way of mineral water will also be prepare by a trekking
guide. After we enjoy the scenery around the island of Bali from the top
of Mount Agung, when back we can worship together at Pasar Agung temple
or Besakih Temple if through the climb.

The highest mountain in Bali island. Mount
Agung with the high of 3142 m above sea level and located at Rendang
village, Karangasem regency. Mount Agung is a stratovolcano type large
crater that very deep and sometime produce smoke and water vapor.
Mount Agung sunrise trekking can
start from two start point, Besaki temple (mothers temple) and from
Pasar Agung temple. The closer distance from Pasar Agung temple and will
spend a more little affort. From Pasar Aung temple will take 4 hours
hiking and 3,5 hours down. From Besakih temple will be take around 6-7
hours hiking and 5-6 hours down through the forest and then a half hike
through the rock and grass, which is Guided by a professional trekking
guide.
